By accepting Reika’s VCoach/VManager services, you agree to the following:

Rights & Ownership

All notes and strategy materials created by Reika and sent to the client for the purpose of VManaging/VCoaching are owned by Reika. Delivered materials are usable for the client’s personal use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the delivered materials to third parties is not permitted without written consent.All advice and suggestions provided by Reika are not binding and not required to be actioned upon. It is fully up to the client to execute whatever it is that they wish for their own content and brand and channel.All materials sent to Reika from the client retain their original ownership rights unless there is written consent for it to be usable in specific ways, e.g. for Reika to create graphics or advertisements using the asset on behalf of the client.

Payment

Payment is required before the start of the session via Paypal: https://paypal.me/reikanya . Payments are accepted in USD or equivalent in CAD.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session.A session will be considered cancelled if the client does not show up after 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Rescheduling after a no-show is allowed once.After the second no-show, the client will be delivered an offline analysis document from Reika and the session will be considered completed.

Refunds

Cancellations or refunds not allowed once payment is made.

VManaging

Each client will have a more detailed contract/agreement defined with a specific payment plan and expected management roles/duties for Reika, defined separately from this agreement.

Client Account Managing

By allowing Reika to manage your account (e.g. Bluesky, X), you agree to the following understanding:
• Activity in the account will only be made by Reika on behalf of the client after written guidelines and rules are agreed on by both parties (e.g. for interactions, posts, messages, email responses)
• Accounts owned by the client will always be fully owned by the client. • No base account settings (e.g. security, privacy, email, password) will be changed by Reika without previous written consent by the client.
• No further sharing of access to the account to a third party is allowed by Reika or the client, without previous written consent from both Reika and the client.
• No sponsorship or monetary decisions will be made by Reika without previous written consent by the client.

Material Rights

All graphics created by Reika on behalf of the client will have rights fully transferred to the client upon delivery to the client.

Conflict of Interest

All clients will be treated as separate individuals and with each client’s individual needs as the highest priority when Reika provides individual advice or assistance as the VManager. Each client will not be leveraged for the interest of Reika or another managed talent instead of the client.

Refusal or Termination of Working Relationship

Reika reserves the right to terminate her services with the client for any reason. If payment was already completed, the client will receive a pro-rated refund for any unfulfilled work-hours or coaching sessions not completed by Reika out of what was promised for the payment.
